Microgreens are tiny vegetables and herbs harvested within the first three weeks of their life. At this stage, not only do microgreens taste great, they also contain up to 50 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts.

  1. pea shoots

    One cup of pea shoots contains seven times as much vitamin C as blueberries, four times as much vitamin A as tomatoes AND 66% of your daily vitamin K needs!

    Pea shoots provide ALL essential amino acids and are 26% protein.

    They are rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, calcium, chlorophyll, iron, magnesium, niacin, thiamine, phosphorus, potassium and 38 minerals.

  2. sunflower shoots

    They contain 20-25% protein. That’s the same as chicken!

    Sunflowers contain essential fatty acids that help to break down LDL’s and detoxify radiation from the body.

    The omega 3’s and omega 6’s in these microgreens help the body build cells, lower blood pressure and reduces risk of heart disease.
